Spicy wings
1. Crush garlic cloves & chop ginger & spring onion (whites and greens)
2. Lightly fry Ginger in a tablespoon of oil for just under a minute until golden.
3.Add garlic & whites of spring onion and fry for a minute .
4. Pour in soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, stock, brown sugar & Sriracha. Simmer for a few more minutes.
5. Mix 1 tablespoon of water with Corn Flour to make a slurry. Add to your sauce. (Don’t worry if it clumps together at first. It will soon melt into the sauce and thicken it up)
6.Simmer the sauce until it has thickened and texture is sticky.
7. Now cook your THIS™ isn’t chicken wings in the oven for cook for 16-18 minutes.
8. Toss your chicken wings in your sauce and enjoy!
